An Indian origin Aussie with a Master’s degree from London and well-travelled across the world before settling in Australia, Vikas Sinha is the founder and director of Finance Point Australia. He is a qualified Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Agent with over 10+ years of experience in Mortgage broking. Vikas is also a full member of Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). He is known for his personalized approach for every client of Finance Point and is also very well connected within the Indian community. He loves to meditate daily and plays badminton in his leisure times. He strives to maintain a healthy work-life balance, and doesn’t compromise when it comes to spending quality time every day with his family and son Jayden!
Arpit is a highly motivated & ambitious finance professional with a Master’s Degree focused in International Economics and Finance from The University of Queensland and an Honours degree of Bachelor of Economics from The University of Delhi. With 4+ years of experience, Arpit is in-charge of the operations at Finance Point Australia and is a key-person handling all the technical & financial matters for the firm, as well as for each individual loan application process from start to settlement. He believes in speed and resolving the matters as soon as possible, which makes his everyday productive. Apart from working, he also does modelling every now and then and has a dapper style sense.
Rachna is a graduate from the University of Delhi and has been with Finance point since its inception in 2013. She is the backbone of all back-office operations, from collecting and collating clients’ documents, following up with lenders & real estate agents to congratulating clients when they get the keys of their new home, and so much more! She is a problem-solver and believes that clients should have full transparency for the whole loan application process. She follows up with banks daily, processes govt. grant applications, building contracts, deals with government departments on regular basis and keeps clients up to date with the progress on their files. She also strives to keep herself up to date with world affairs and watching daily news is her favorite pastime.
Sahil has recently joined our Finance Point team as a Loan Processing Officer and has brought a freshness in our office & work culture with his high-spirited conversations, and the ever-smiling face. He is an engineering graduate and currently pursuing his Master’s qualification from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). He is much-loved by our Gujarati clients & flaunts his Gujarati language expertise around the office every now and then!

He has over 25 year’s experience in Financial Planning & Mortgage Broking catering to all kinds of financial needs for his clients.
